The Freeze Warning has been extended throughout all of North Texas and goes through 9 a.m. Sunday morning. This is the first freeze of the year, so it's a good idea to protect your plants, pipes, pets, and check your car tires.
Aside from that, a nice quiet weekend. We'll warm up into the upper 50s this afternoon with a north wind at 5-15 mph. Skies will be sunny and dry.
Tonight, another cold one with lows in the 30s and clear skies.
Tomorrow, a little warmer with highs reaching the low to mid 60s with sunshine and a south wind 9-16 mph.
Too cool for you? Monday and Tuesday will get us back into the 70s, but not before our next system knocks us back into the seasonable 60s.
