Teacher competes in Ms. Wheelchair USA pageant

The pageant world has thousands of competitions. But there are only a handful for women with mobility impairments. One of those is Ms. Wheelchair USA. It recognizes women for their ability to be glamourous and exhibit self confidence despite any disability.
