Arlington family's beloved Tin Man decoration stolen

The Arlington community is coming together to help a little boy get an important memento back. The sentimental yard decoration known as Tin Man was given to 11-year-old Elliott by his great grandmother when he was just 2 years old. Elliott suffers from heart problems and is also nicknamed Tin Man.
