Key witness in Yella Beezy trial ordered to return

The first week of the murder-for-hire trial against Dallas rapper Yella Beezy wrapped up on Friday. Markies Conway, better known as Yella Beezy, is accused of orchestrating a plot that killed rapper MO3, whose real name was Melvin Noble. Conway's friend and collaborator, Theodore Thomas, was called to the stand Thursday but invoked his Fifth Amendment right for nearly every question he was asked. Thomas was back in court on Friday but did not take the stand. He was ordered to return again on Wednesday.
