Tanner Horner's grandmother apologizes to Athena Strand's family

The grandmother of confessed child killer Tanner Horner testified during his capital murder trial today, the 15th day of a trial to decide whether Horner gets life in prison or the death sentence for killing Athena Strand. FOX 4's Dionne Anglin has more.
