Oil reserves tapped as war with Iran continues

Late today, President Donald Trump announced he will tap the nation's strategic petroleum reserve. The International Energy Agency is also releasing a record 400 million barrels of oil. It's a move by the U.S. and its allies to increase global supply and slow the rising price of oil and gas as the war with Iran continues.
