Texas woman accidentally declared dead 4 times by Social Security Administration

The Social Security Administration has declared Dallas native Helen Cvik dead four time since 2017, despite Cvik being very much alive. FOX 4's Shaun Rabb has more on how the accidents have hindered her care.
