Sexual assault of a child suspect fatally shot by police

Fort Worth Police Chief Eddie Garcia speaks after an officer-involved shooting that killed a suspect. Garcia says the suspect pulled out a handgun and officers opened fire. The suspect had cut off an ankle monitor they were wearing in connection to a sexual assault of a child case.
