Family of Rowlett drowning victim calls for investigation

The family of an 18-year-old who drowned at Lake Ray Hubbard in April is calling for a thorough investigation of the incident. FOX 4's Alex Boyer has more on why the family thinks charges for an arrested suspect should be upgraded.
