Winter storm: Freezing dangerous road conditions continue Wednesday

The melting ice on Tuesday refroze overnight, then there is freezing fog in some areas. The conditions are making it a difficult commute for many drivers. I-30 is one of the highways that is of concern today. FOX 4's Payton May has the latest.
