Kerr County journalist describes flooding disaster

Louis Amestoy, the editor of the Kerr County Lead newspaper, joins FOX 4's Good Day to talk about what he's seeing and how this flooding disaster is different from last time. There have already been rescues and the mayor of Kerrville says the damage is beyond the city's ability to recover.
