Dallas grad wins National 'Stuck at Prom' Duck Tape Contest

A recent Booker T. Washington High School graduate won her category in the national "Stuck at Prom" scholarship contest by creating a unique, patriotic dress made entirely out of Duck Tape Brand Duct Tape.
