Camp Mystic ordered to fix emergency plan before reopening

Camp Mystic, the summer camp where 27 people died last summer due to severe floods, was one of 174 camps in the state of Texas that was told to reassess it's emergency plans. FOX 4's Amelia Jones has more on why.
