More than 15,000 scouts with Scouting America are helping to respond to a state of emergency in West Virginia. That includes some scouts from North Texas. The Post talked to Hawkeye from New Country 96.3 and Chloe Mayes from Troop 3000 in Plano about the work they've been doing.
