Ken Paxton election day party marred by arrest outside venue

Ken Paxton will face John Cornyn in a runoff election in a few weeks after failing to secure over 50% of the vote Tuesday night, and his election watch party was marred by a man arrested outside the venue. FOX 4 reporter David Sentendrey has more.
