Camp Mystic leaders could have saved girls, report says
A new report says Camp Mystic failed campers and workers in every way last summer when 25 campers and two counselors died, along with Camp Director Dick Eastland. The final report delivered to the Texas House and Senate Committee detailed deficiencies at the camp, including failing to meet state emergency requirements.
