Dallas Parks & Rec board calls for safety upgrades after park shooting

A shooting at a park near Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas that killed a teenager has prompted calls from the local Parks & Rec board for upgraded safety measures. FOX 4's David Sentendry has more on today's Dallas Parks and Rec committee meeting that addressed that shooting.
