Minnesota sues Texas Governor Greg Abbott over extradition of ICE agent facing criminal charges

Minnesota AG Keith Ellison is suing Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to force the extradition of an ICE agent accused of shooting a man in Minneapolis and lying about the incident.
