New state requirements put Texas summer camps in limbo

Texas lawmakers who pushed for new safety requirements at summer camps following last July's Camp Mystic tragedy are now looking for a loophole to allow those camps to operate for at least one more year before adhering to the changes. FOX 4's Lori Brown has more.
