Plano teacher arrested, charged with sexual abuse of a student

A Plano ISD second grade teacher is accused of inappropriately touching a student. He's in jail this morning charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child. Fox 4's Dan Godwin is at the Collin County Jail with details on the teacher's arrest.
