The Dallas Police Department held a news conference on Wednesday afternoon to give an update and share video of its third officer-involved shooting of the year. The suspect in this case was armed with a box cutter and reportedly tried to take an officer's service weapon. He can be heard in body camera video telling officers he wanted them to shoot him.
