Former assistant deputy arrested after 12-year-old girl drowns

Former assistant chief deputy William Armstrong was arrested and charged with felony injury to a child related to the death of 12-year-old Dylan Harrison in a scuba diving class accident. He was bonded out of jail on Friday afternoon. FOX 4's Lori Brown has more.
