Dallas roads still hazardous despite thawing from winter storm

Though roads across North Texas began to thaw as the weather warms up above freezing, drivers were still noting dangerous highways early Tuesday morning. FOX 4's Alex Boyer has more on North Texas drivers' stories from this morning.
