Expert discusses Texas abortion case ahead of Supreme Court review

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on Texas' restrictive abortion law starting November 1st. While the high court agreed to fast track the case at an almost unprecedented speed, it refused to halt enforcement of the law.
