Chef Tiffany Derry's Roots Southern Table restaurant honored by New York Times

It has been a long year and a half in the restaurant business with the pandemic shutdowns and now a shortage of willing workers. But it's been a rewarding time for friend of Good Day Chef Tiffany Derry, whose new Roots Southern Table in Farmers Branch was named one of New York Times' 50 Most Vibrant and Delicious Restaurants for the year.
