Doctors concerned about surge in COVID-19 cases after Labor Day

It's the first holiday weekend since the start of the school year and a last blast of summer. Dr. Joseph Chang, the chief medical officer at Parkland Health, says at least much of what we typically do over Labor Day weekend is outdoors.
