Texas Tribune: Vaccine passports, state lawsuits

Governor Greg Abbott has banned the state from requiring proof that someone has received the Covid-19 vaccine. Meanwhile, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit in an effort to force the Biden administration to deport more people convicted of crimes.
