Plano mayor discusses power outages, Rodney Reese and summer interns

One of the many Texas mayors demanding answers about last week's power failures is Plano's Harry LaRosiliere. He joined Good Day to talk about what the city is doing to help its residents. He shared his thoughts on a black teenager who was arrested while walking home from work in the snow and took a moment to promote his summer internship program.
