Phi Beta Sigma Hosts Vitual Black History Program

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated is celebrating Black History in a unique way. Members of Omicron Sigma Chapter of the organization are pulling together resources to honor men and women who have made their mark in history and continue to shatter glass ceilings. They are inviting everyone to join them online February 25th for the celebration.
