Early vaccine distribution raises some ethical concerns
The first Texans may get a vaccine to protect them and others against COVID-19 within a week. The lucky few have already been selected. Dr. Matthew Brown, a professor of ethics at UT Dallas, said there are some concerns about who is not on the early list.
