Texas restaurants allowed to expand capacity again Friday
Restaurants that have reopened will be able to expand their occupancy level to 75 percent Friday. Texas Restaurant Association President Dr. Emily Williams Knight joined Good Day to talk about whether that is enough to help struggling establishments.
