Hot & Windy...For Now!

Strong south winds will gust to 45 mph this afternoon for most across North Texas. These winds and mostly sunny skies will warm the region into the upper 80s and low 90s. A dry frontal passage early Thursday returns temperatures back to normal. Cooler air continues to filter in heading into the weekend, while another strong disturbance returns rain and storms. Widespread rain and some storms move through Saturday, with a slow clearing west to east.
