RAW: Dallas councilman Kevin Felder avoids reporters after reports of arrest warrant

An arrest warrant was issued on Monday for a Dallas city councilman who allegedly hit a person on a scooter and then fled the scene, according to a source. Video shot by FOX4 shows Felder pushing away a microphone from another station?s cameraman and the cameraman falling backward. It?s not clear if the photojournalist tripped or stumbled on his own or if Felder was responsible.
