Defense Attorney Pete Schulte discusses police officer conviction
A Dallas County jury convicted Ken Johnson of murder and aggravated assault. Johnson was off-duty when he used his SUV to chase two teen burglary suspects and ram their car. He then opened fire on them - killing 16-year-old Jose Cruz and injuring Edgar Rodriguez. The sentencing phase of Johnson's trial begins January 8th.
