Murder victim's mother-in-law appeals to her daughter's killer

The mother-in-law of murdered fitness instructor missy bevers is trying to speak directly to the killer and the killer's friends and family. Marsha Tucker posted a letter to the killer on social media - as the police investigation continues to try to identify and find the murderer.
