Lawyers representing former FBI director James Comey are hoping a possible misstep by prosecutors could force the case to be thrown out. Prosecutors faced tough questions from the judge after it was revealed the final version of the indictment was not seen by the entire grand jury. Comey's defense wants the case dismissed.
