New details emerge on Dallas ICE shooter Joshua Jahn
Nearly three weeks after Joshua Jahn opened fire on the ICE detention facility in Dallas. New documents obtained by the Associated Press detail the sniper's "troubled past." On the day of the September 24th shooting, Jahn's parents told investigators their son was "completely normal," until he moved to Washington state, returning home to Texas a few years ago.
