Man charged with starting deadly Palisades wildfire

Investigators say 29-year-old Jonathan Rinderknecht started a fire on New Year's Day that rekindled days later and became the Palisades fire. The former uber driver lived in Southern California at the time. The fire killed 12 people and destroyed more than 6,000 structures.
