Reunion Tower goes dark during parts of October

Reunion Tower in Dallas is going dark to protect migrating birds. It's part of an initiative by the Texas Conservation Alliance. The nightly light show will be dimmed by 50% from dusk to 11 p.m. and then turned off completely from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the migrating period.
