Family says ICE shooting victim tried to shield others

One week after the deadly sniper ambush at the Dallas ICE detention center, we're getting a better picture of what happened as the shots were fired. Family members say Miguel Angel Garcia-Hernandez was fatally shot while trying to shield another ICE detainee.
