Dallas ICE shooting | Investigators searching for motive

The Department of Homeland Security says it will increase security at its ICE facilities after a deadly shooting in Dallas. A gunman opened fire, indiscriminately, at the ICE facility near I-35 and Mockingbird on Wednesday morning. Three detainees in a transport van were shot. One died and the other two are in critical condition. The shooter, Joshua Jahn, then turned the gun on himself.
