Democrat Texas Rep. James Talarico announces Senate bid

A new shake up in the Texas Senate race. State representative James Talarico announced his campaign today. Talarico is seeking the democratic nomination against U.S. Representative Colin Allred. Talarico is a former middle school teacher and a presbyterian seminarian.
