Federal judge in North Texas to rule on Boeing case

A federal hearing is underway in Fort Worth to decide if Boeing will face criminal prosecution for two deadly plane crashes. Families of the victims will be at the hearing to encourage the judge to reject a "non-prosecution agreement."
