Next steps in death row inmate Robert Roberson's case

As of today, Robert Roberson's legal team has 89 days to try and find a way to save his life. His team wants a new trial, calling the evidence used to convict him was 'junk science.' The team also says they have new medical evidence to present. Roberson's lead attorney says that the process is much more difficult, now that a judge has set a new execution date.
