Texas redistricting plan ahead of midterm elections

President Donald Trump said on Tuesday, that a Texas redistricting plan ahead of the midterm elections could gain republicans five seats in the U.S. house. A Texas congressman says both parties stand to lose big in the redistricting battle that's the focus of the special legislative session that starts on Monday.
