Former DPD Chief Eddie Garcia now finalist for FWPD Chief

Former Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia is expected to be named a finalist today for the job as Fort Worth Police Chief. Garcia left Dallas for a job with the city of Austin less than a year ago.
