Minnesota shooter caught: Boelter arrested and charged

The man accused of killing a Minnesota lawmaker has been arrested after police located him in the woods near his home last night. 57-year-old Vance Boelter is charged with two counts of murder, and two counts of attempted murder after allegedly posing as a police officer and fatally shooting a MN lawmaker and her husband.
