Arrest report released in Uptown sex assault case

A woman told police she was going to her car when she locked eyes with the suspect and had an "unsettling feeling." She said "no," thinking something bad was about to happen. According to the affidavit, the suspect nodded his head up and down saying yes and immediately started chasing her.
