U.S., Russia make prisoner swap

Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and American veteran Paul Whelan are in U.S. custody after a massive swap of political prisoners involving the United States and Russia, a senior administration official confirmed to Fox News on Thursday morning.
