Salvadoran criminal arrested in Tulsa after manhunt

Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez was arrested Friday for violent assaults and a murder in this country. Each of the alleged crimes were committed against women. He didn?t put up a fight when he was confronted by federal agents and police in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
